Your Role's Core

• Spearhead the setup and sophisticated operation of OD/ID CNC machines.
• Create, adapt, and improvise CNC programs through adept use of G-Code.
• Conduct regular machine diagnostics and maintenance for peak machine efficiency.
• Assess product integrity and performance through rigorous quality control.
• Collaborate and seek innovative ideas with your peers for workflow enhancement.
• Maintain workspace sanctity with rigorous adherence to established safety practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Seasoned professional in CNC operations, specializing in OD-ID grinding.
• Expert understanding of CNC tooling, programming, and G-Code.
• Manual machining expertise is desired.
• Familiar with high-end CNC equipment, focusing on Gleason and Hofler technologies.
• Strong mechanical problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to precision and detail-oriented approach.
