Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from engineering turnover through warranty. The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction Management or HVAC and be able to work with the fabrication shop to solve problems and create project plans.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to improve processes as the company grows. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have experience with project management software.
- Coordinate with shop labor and required subcontractors for project completion
- Maintain project schedule and update Project Management database
- Review and approve invoices, ensuring efficient prices and service
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project kickoff meetings
- Procure equipment required for project and monitor delivery schedule
- Supervise commissioning and checkout of completed projects including mechanical, electrical, and controls
