Job Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Project Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Assign and track tasks, monitor progress, and ensure teams remain on schedule
- Identify and escalate risks and issues while maintaining a risk log
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and assist in managing scope changes
Job Qualifications
- IT knowledge / basic understanding of IT concepts
- Professional experience as an executive administrative assistant or coordinator
- Experience facilitating meetings, preparing communication materials, budget tracking, etc.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
