Job Description
This production operations technician role is a key member of our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection mold processing and be able to analyze and improve molding machine processes to optimize cost, quality, and throughput.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve molding machine processes to optimize cost, quality, and throughput.
- Develop and implement process control guidelines to maintain consistent quality output.
- Troubleshoot molding processes to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in injection mold processing in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mold design best practices and large part injection molding.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
