We are seeking a Technical Recruiter, based in our Auburn Hills, Michigan location. The right Candidate will be looking to go into sales through our High Performing Employee (HPE) Program after establishing a foundation of recruiting. We’re looking for someone who meets our Core Values of being Driven, Team Player, Coachable and Fun. You must have a sense of urgency and thrive in a hard-working environment and strive to grow within the company. Expect to be in the office 5 days per week for the first few months and then transition to hybrid (3 days in the office) once performance criteria are met.
Job Responsibilities
- The Technical Recruiter position is full-time with a base salary, unlimited weekly commission, annual bonuses, and a complete benefits package
- Entry Level for the right person, or 1 – 5 years of Staffing & Recruiting experience including recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or Technical positions
- You must be available to come into the office 5 days per week for the first few months, and for all training or office meetings
- In addition, the person will be required to attend the following in person events : quarterly company meetings, team building activities / events, training / coaching as requested
- On-the-job training for the next 6 months will be provided in a hybrid capacity that is mutually agreed upon with the training team
