POSITION DESCRIPTION : The Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team and is responsible
for managing tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager. This position is a rewarding and exciting opportunity to
work close with a fast-paced sales organization and to grow a career within transportation insurance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support Marketing Managers in the marketing process for new and existing clients.
- Follow Marketing process and procedures to obtain and renew insurance coverage for clients.
- Use Reliance tools such as TORQ and RPX to help manage the renewal lifecycle of an insured.
- Quote within online rating systems (Progressive, Great West, Paramount, etc)
- Track and manage a pipeline of renewals and ensure they go to market on time.
