Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Originator – In Office Required (Melville, NY)
We are seeking a Licensed or Federally Registered Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Consumer Direct team! In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate the mortgage process by providing product and service information while resolving issues. Being licensed or federally registered is required, but once you’re here we will provide the proper training and guidance necessary for continuous success.
We have been providing a consistent flow of inbound leads to our loan officers for years. While others are closing down or cutting staff, we are hiring!
****This is an in person position. You will need to report to our headquarters in Melville, NY****
Responsibilities:
· Responding to incoming customer inquiries in a timely manner
· Providing information about mortgage products and services to clients
· Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
· Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
· Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge base of evolving mortgage products and guidelines
Qualifications:
· Ability to build rapports with clients
· Strong customer service skills with experience in sales
· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Determination to get the job done
· Active NMLS number is required
Compensation:
