CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER
Reliant Roof Pros is adding two Account Managers to our established team to take on new business within our existing services and to assist in the development of new departments within our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· This position is equal parts sales and project management. These skills can be learned through internal and outside training. Bring your perspective from other careers!
· Evaluate needs of customers and present our services that meet their needs.
· Maintain records and data in CRM.
· Be the face of the company throughout the sales cycle. Uphold our professional standards from initial meeting with prospective customers through job conclusion.
· You should have basic computer skills to use our tools effectively. Be familiar with checking/sending email, managing Google calendar, and be willing to learn what you don’t know.
· Respond to provided customer leads and procure your own leads using sales training techniques.
· Access to transportation and working cell phone is an absolute requirement. You will conduct much of your business by phone and in person.
COMPENSATION:
· This is a 100% commission position, and your income is unlimited. Our top earners average $100-175K/year. Average and part time account managers earn $60-100k. Your income depends on what you put into the job.
