What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Phlebotomist position at Reliant Scientific, LLC.?
Your route coverage would be a 50 mile radius from Orlando. Gas is covered by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood sampling and phlebotomy procedures on patients in various settings, including homes and assisted living facilities .
- Utilize aseptic technique to ensure the safety and accuracy of blood collection.
- Follow laboratory procedures and protocols for specimen handling and processing.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Provide excellent patient service by ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper specimen collection and delivery.
- Maintaining proper supply inventory
Requirements:
- Valid Phlebotomy experience and training
- Valid Drivers License
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
