Job Title: Revenue Operations Intern

Reports To: Head of Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Intern will support the sales and operations teams by assisting with lead generation, sales coordination, and project support. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development, sales operations, and project management, helping to drive efficiency and growth within the agency.

The intern will contribute to pipeline development, client engagement efforts, and internal process organization, while also supporting broader initiatives related to revenue operations and strategic execution. This is a dynamic role with opportunities to gain exposure to various aspects of sales, marketing, and operations, depending on the intern’s interests and skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and opportunities.
  • Support outreach efforts, follow-ups, and coordination of sales activities.
  • Help maintain organization within the CRM and other sales tools.
  • Assist in preparing materials and insights for client interactions and proposals.

Project Coordination & Internal Support

  • Help ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
  • Support team members in organizing and tracking project tasks.
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and improving internal processes.
  • Contribute to general operational support as needed.

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in monitoring and organizing sales and project-related data.
  • Provide basic reporting support to help track progress and performance.
  • Contribute insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness across sales and operations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Interest in business development, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is a plus but not required.
  • Eager to learn, problem-solve, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
