About Us :
Relief Mental Health was founded in February of 2020. Within these 3 years we have expanded to 10 new offices across Illinois, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. We aim to create a new standard for mental health care, offering a continuum of innovative therapeutic interventions and responding to evolving patient needs.
Responsibilities :
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity to Relief TMS patients.
- Accurately set up and monitor patient treatments.
- Create weekly staffing schedule utilizing patient advocates as needed based on census demands
- Field patient questions and inquiries.
- Provide weekly assessments to patients
- Serve as a liaison between TMS psychiatrist and patients
- Follows physician implemented TMS protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with TMS equipment
- Enter patient, treatment, billing, and appointment data into HER
- Oversee billing entries by patient advocates for accuracy
- Communicate with management when issues arise.
- Office work such as faxing, scanning, email, etc.
- Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
- Adhere to HIPPA guidelines
- Work flexible hours that may include nights and / or weekends
