We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at reLink Medical. As a key member of our marketing operations department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the digital marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are integrated and functioning optimally.
- Relationship management with technology vendors and staying up-to-date on new digital marketing technologies that could enhance performance.
- Campaign execution, including scheduling, segmenting audiences, setting up automation workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions, developing and maintaining dashboards to provide insights into campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing operations or related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing automation tools and CRM systems – Salesforce & Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
