Applied Fluid Power and FCX Performance are looking for a passionate individual to join our web and digital marketing team as a Digital Marketing Operations Analyst. This new role will own our marketing technology software and systems, drive current best practices and achieve higher performance, optimization and integrations across our marketing technology platforms.
As a Digital Marketing Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with the team to optimize our martech stack to execute integrated campaigns, track and optimize marketing performance and measure the results and ROI. In addition, as the marketing technology lead you will support the marketing team with the training of existing technology and onboarding of new additions to our martech landscape including internal and external digital marketing platforms such as websites, email, sales enablement and other third-party digital tools.

Key responsibilities include:
- Works cross-functionally to create and maintain metrics reports focused on marketing, sales and operational performance, effectiveness, business impact(s) and provide insights and recommendations.
- Serves as a co-administrator and primary end-user support contact for digital marketing tools and services.
- Develops, maintains, and evolves online documentation, style guides and end-user training for digital marketing technology.
- Manages technical aspects of marketing system integrations.
- Utilizes analytics tools to enhance and design reporting and dashboards.
Skills required:
- Experience in marketing technologies to drive demand, including Google analytics and Data Studio, marketing automation, CRM, email, content management systems, social media management tools and other third-party tools.
- Demonstrated ability to pull reports, manipulate and analyze data from disparate sources, extract valuable insights, and using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. to help the digital marketing team create compelling strategic insights.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Sales Operations, or related discipline managing interactive tools and services required.
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Technology, Computer Science or related field/equivalent experience.
- B2B Marketing and/or e-commerce experience a plus though not required.
