Your Mission :

  • Strategic Client Leadership : Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, deeply understanding client goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution : Partner with leadership to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Project & Team Oversight : Lead project planning and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Business Growth & Retention : Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, drive renewals, and help shape RELLO’s service offerings.
  • Who We're Looking For :

  • Proven Experience : 5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Exceptional Communication & Leadership : You can build trust, foster strong client relationships, and guide teams to success.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking : You see the bigger picture while managing the finer details, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving : You thrive in a dynamic environment, proactively addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Passion for Impact : You care about sustainability, clean energy, and mission-driven brands and are eager to contribute to their success.

  • Competitive Full-Time Salary : $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
