What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERC Analyst (Electronic Rating Content) position at RELQ TECHNOLOGIES LLC?
- Implement changes within the ERC system (rates, forms, algorithms)
- This requires C# knowledge in order to implement the algorithm changes
- Some SQL knowledge in needed for rate and form changes
- ERC knowledge or experience
- Debug mismatches between their excel based rater and ERC and research reported bugs or issues
- This requires some basic understanding of excel formulas
- Ability to read and parse XML documents is also important
- Advise on strategy for change implementation
- Meet with business members and analysts to help make sure that the implementation of large changes are done in the most efficient and logical manner possible
- Have an intricate understanding of ERC as a product to help direct these decisions making sure that everyone understand what it can and cannot do
- Additionally, we must have extensive knowledge of the BOP product to understand how each change will impact the rest of the product
