Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Execution:- Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing programs and budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, pipeline building, and customer advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including global and regional teams, sales leadership, partner marketing, product marketing, and analyst relations.
- Foster strong partnerships to leverage the marketing mix and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with sales leadership to design and implement initiatives that drive pipeline growth and sales acceleration.
- Ensure seamless alignment across marketing and sales teams to achieve business priorities.
- Develop and execute digital and social media campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Create impactful marketing collateral to support demand generation.
- Plan and deliver customer events, roundtables, webinars, and trade shows that drive business outcomes.
- Maximize visibility at industry conferences, receptions, and exhibitions.
- Partner with marketing operations teams to manage leads effectively and generate detailed reports for forecasting and analysis.
- Continuously refine marketing programs based on performance insights.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance brand visibility in diverse markets, emphasizing technological leadership and domain expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regional dynamics, and competitive insights through financial publications, analyst reports, and relevant industry resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
- Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably within IT, high-tech, Cloud/SaaS solutions, or Financial Services industries.
- Expertise in developing and executing demand generation programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Solid experience in managing medium to large-scale B2B virtual and physical events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting and business analysis.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and strategies for demand creation and sales opportunity acceleration.
