About the Role
The Customer Support/Operations Coordinator provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints. Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
- Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
- Provides product and service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships
- Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs
- May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others, but spends most of the working time doing the same work processes and activities as other employees on the team
- Responsibilities are within the Customer Support/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Business support roles
- Involved in business support or clerical work and rely on administrative, data organizing and coordination skills, normally using established procedures
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- Advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience
- Public Records related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Full proficiency and works with limited supervision
- Can identify key issues and patterns from incomplete data and can spot less obvious solutions to problems
- Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
