Summary:
Rely Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fulltime role to join immediately. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing both personal and professional commitments.
· Ensure that all information, communications, and documents are handled with utmost confidentiality and in strict compliance with company policies, safeguarding sensitive business and personal data at all times.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, travel (commercial/private), and events.
· Curate and arrange gifts for friends, politicians, and family members.
· Proactively resolve payment discrepancies with efficiency and diligence.
· Maintain an up-to-date calendar with WhatsApp integration for real-time updates.
· Conduct in-depth research, delivering accurate insights for informed decision-making.
· Prepare travel briefs for eg., transportation, hygiene, and local recommendations.
· Maintain emergency contact information for all travel destinations.
· Document task guidelines and preferences with structured "Do’s and Don’ts."
· Prioritize and complete tasks promptly, ensuring seamless execution.
· Handle confidential correspondence, sort communications, and oversee logistics for conferences and promotional activities.
· Provide office support, including document preparation, correspondence, and data entry.
· Arrange personal appointments with discretion and privacy.
· Assist with project management, technology troubleshooting, and personal/business errands.
· Undertake additional duties as assigned within the role’s scope.
· Willing to travel as per business requirements.
Requirements:
· 7 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting C-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with exceptional judgment to effectively prioritize multiple, often competing tasks.
· Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a quick turnaround to ensure seamless operations.
· Strong multitasking abilities, demonstrating agility in adapting to shifting priorities with efficiency.
· Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and strict adherence to deadlines.
· Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally represent the executive in all interactions.
· Unwavering professionalism and discretion when managing highly confidential and sensitive information.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and AI/automation tools, with the ability to support and troubleshoot technical tasks effectively. Proactive work ethic, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $22.09 - $25.00 per hour
