The ideal candidate will be supporting processes across all business locations, resolving benefits issues, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This role provides administrative support, maintains records, and assists with recruitment, performance reviews, and employee relations.Required Skills : Bachelor's degree or experience in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 2 years of related experience requiredExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, sit for long periods of time, and engage in constant movementProficiency in Microsoft Office suite or similar softwareResponsibilities : HR Administration & Recordkeeping- Keep and maintain physical and digital payroll and personal information. Ensure employment requirements are met, completing and verifying I-9 files.Employee Relations & Communication-Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries, provide assistance with appropriate team members.Scheduling & Coordination- Schedule meetings, HR events, maintain HR team's agenda. Assist with any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.Performance Management- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures and the preparation of performance reviews.
