Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure peak performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and manage workflow on the warehouse floor, ensuring that daily production goals are met and exceeded.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Uphold and promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Enforce compliance with REMarkets policies and procedures, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve team skills and performance.

- Communication:

Qualifications
Qualifications:
