What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mow Crew position at Remboldt Lawn Services?
Job Summary: The Mow Crew Member will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties such as general maintenance and repairs. In the winter, this person will be on call for all snow storms to push snow.
Responsibilties:
Conduct general maintenance duties such as:
- Mowing
- Bagging
- Weedeating
- Flower bed maintenance
- Spring/fall cleanups
- Trimming bushes and trees
- Uphold the landscape design and ensure plant growth
- Complete maintenance repairs on equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways
- Advise clients on how to look after the landscape
Snow removal in the winter time:
- Hand shoveling snow
- Snow blowing
- Pushing snow with skid or truck
- Potential snow removal in the event of a large storm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in landscaping preferred
- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including but not limited to lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance preferred
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good stamina and physical health
- Must have their own transportation and a cell phone
- Reliable
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour
