## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Landscape estimating and possess strong analytical abilities to provide accurate information for project cost estimates.
## Duties
- Utilize our estimation software to prepare detailed measurements and information.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Evaluate and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control efforts
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals for landscaping projects
- Utilize smart draw software for plan review and takeoffs
at least 2 years Experience
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in landscaping estimating techniques
- Experience with measuring out work and creating landscaping projects
- Understanding of pricing, building processes, and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Background in Landscape management
Requirements:
- Working Vehicle for transportation to appointments
- Active Drivers License
- Working and Reliable cell phone
