We are currently looking for a Dispatcher in the Allentown, PA and surrounding areas. Take ownership of your future and grow with our employee-owned company!
The position will work closely with Department Managers, Technicians, and various internal positions to handle all duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor email throughout the day and address urgent messages in a timely manner.
- Schedule & Dispatch technicians throughout the day as techs call in after completing each call.
- Review follow up calls for possible dispatching.
- Contact stores for any scheduled work to set up dates/times.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years office administrative experience required
- Service Dispatching experience preferred
- Knowledge of skilled trades is a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Must have high level of organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with a high volume of work with tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other software
