Shift and Schedule
- 3:00pm-11:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm, 4 weekdays and 1 day of the weekend

Your Responsibilities
- Swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system
- Communicating with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
- Strong computer skills
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
