Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of staffing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding /off-boarding, bi-weekly timesheet, time off request, and enforcing company policies and practices, as well as maintaining employee records and completing background checks
- Administer all employee benefits, including health, life insurance, 401K plan and optional insurance benefits
- Oversees employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Ensure the organization’s staffing and development processes comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and maintain training needs and records and provide training when required
- Coordinate travel required for employees to attend training sessions as required
- Coordinate and maintain an effective performance management system, including job descriptions, performance discussions, and performance evaluations
- Foster an inclusive work environment through diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring and development process.
- Manage workforce planning, including forecasting staffing needs and succession planning.
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
- Be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations
