Job Duties :
- Create and implement all HR policies and company guidelines
- Implement HR programs to enhance workplace culture
- Establish recruitment plans and outline the company’s recruiting calendar
- Develop employee engagement plans and receive budget approval as necessary
- Institute employee performance evaluations and appraise pay scales accordingly
- Assist with drafting HR documents and job posts
- Create onboarding plans and train new hires on policies and procedures
- Work with PEO on employee benefits administration
- Maintain files and records for employees
- Other duties as assigned
