We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a team of three to five sales professionals, ensuring they meet their activity, development, and revenue goals on a weekly and monthly basis. By driving pipeline focus and enhancing the team’s strategic selling skills, the Sales Manager plays a key role in accelerating sales growth and overall team success.
Job Description:
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company goals.
· Monitor and analyze sales metrics, ensuring team members meet weekly and monthly activity, development, and revenue goals.
· Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, sales training, and performance evaluations.
· Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and progression of deals through the sales cycle.
· Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize lead generation, outreach efforts, and sales campaigns.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunites.
· Represent Remedy Payment Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed.
· Develop team members for current and future opportunities.
· Hire and develop new team members for future growth.
· Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and other tools in our tech stack.
· Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization, promoting a can-do culture and positive environment, advising reps on accounts, answering questions, and providing assistance when necessary.
· Assist with sales to prospective clients regarding Remedy’s suite of products and services when necessary.
Job Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
· Minimum of five years of sales experience.
· Minimum of one year management experience.
· Proven experience in managing within a velocity sales environment, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies.
· A strong track record of sales management in both sales target attainment and people/team development.
· Strong, high-level relationship skills.
· Demonstrated success in designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives through data and empirical analysis.
· The ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
· Coaching and mentoring skills.
· The ability to grasp and absorb new concepts quickly.
· Strong prospecting, analyzing, negotiating, and closing skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000 -$90,000 annually on-target commission.
- Total Compensation: $70,000 - $170,000 (including on-target commission).
- 401(k) Plan with employer matching up to 4% and immediate vesting.

Compensation: Remedy Payment Solutions is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD Per Year plus an aggressive on-target annual commission, paid monthly.
