At Remedy Place, the Club Crew is vital to the day to day operation at each location. You are responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic maintenance of the club. As the world's first Social Wellness Club, the presentation of the club is a critical part of our identity as a company and plays a major role in all member / guest experiences.
In the Head Club Crew position, you will be overseeing the Club Crew team and upholding the standards of operations for the position and tasks at hand.
We are looking for new team members for our new location opening in Boston, MA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Assist in leading fellow Club Crew employees, as well as training new team members
- Oversee Club Crew schedule and coordinate coverage if needed
- Coordinate lunches / breaks are taken on time
- Ability and willingness to close or open the club without management presence
- Weekly inventory and organization of all cleaning supplies, to ensure all equipment is available / stocked for the team to perform their duties
- Maintain safety protocols for supplies used and daily tasks
- Ensure club crew is up to date on needs of the daily schedule and any company announcements / reminders
- Update and edit opening, mid shift and closing checklists if needed
- Regular check-ins with management to improve / maintain operating procedures
- Housekeeping duties, laundry, including changing and arranging the towels, restocking bathroom supplies, vacuuming, dusting, mopping the floor, taking out trash, etc.
- Turnover of each space of the club between customer use (hyperbaric chambers, saunas...etc).
- General upkeep of practitioner's space and tools
- Complete all opening, mid shift, & closing Club Crew checklist items
- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
- Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the Manager
- Clean, disinfect and store all cleaning equipment at the end of the shift
- Ensure the club is kept in pristine condition
