At Remedy Place, the Head Remedy Concierge is a pillar at each location. You lead a team of Remedy Concierges who are the masters of the Remedy hospitality standards and education. You set the tone and lead, driving teamwork and accountability throughout the Remedy Concierge team. You work hand-in-hand with management, member relations, and provide exemplary front of house experience for all guests and members, as well as troubleshooting any administrative items that may arise throughout the day. You are a collaborative team player who has an in-depth understanding of each aspect of the club. As a leader, your primary goal is to offer holistic luxury customer service.

We are looking for new team members for our new location opening in Boston, MA.
Essential Functions
- Take on additional tasks as needed to drive revenue/growth, achieve club targets, and support the team at large.
- Serve as the foremost leader on Remedy education and science, enabling you to make informed recommendations on club services.
- Facilitate and accompany guests and members throughout their in-club experiences, including tours, services, ensuring their safety and upholding the core principles of the hospitality standards
- Understand and operate all aspects of current CRM system (Zenoti)
- Manage Concierge email account and communication
- Assist in leading Remedy Concierges including managing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage, conducting regular check-ins
- Assist management in administrative duties such updating spreadsheets, managing inventory, completing/tracking orders, club organization, and email communication.
- Be direct support for our Holistic Practitioners including but not limited to Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, IV Nurses, and Functional Medicine Providers in regards to guest scheduling, patient treatment plans, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing group experience calendar and communication with instructors, as well as assist with onboarding new instructors and offerings
- Assist with execution of social events, internal club rentals and community activations
- Ensure floor team completes daily tasks, including management of operational checklists
- Be the bridge of communication between the floor team and managers
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure they have the most up-to-date information on events, offers, benefits, and other updates
- Provide member stress assessments, prescribe remedies, and treatment plans
- Lead the execution of VIP guests and group booking itineraries
- Take charge and establish yourself as a role model for all hospitality protocols
- Onboard and assist with training all newly hired Remedy Concierges
- Help oversee the day-to-day flow within the club
- Recommend services, retail, and F&B to guests to enhance their experience
- Guide the tone throughout the club by maintaining a positive, collaborative team morale
- 1-2 years of management/leadership experience preferably within the high-end hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of holistic self-care services including science behind benefits
- Must be solution-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Must enjoy working within a team
- Strong time management skills and practices
- Must be MAC/OS savvy
- Must be able to be walking / standing during work hours
- Must be able to be on laptop / phone during work hours
- Must be able to to lift at least 50 pounds
