Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to appropriate departments for further assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
