The Customer Service Representative is responsible for competently and efficiently performing all tasks relative to the order intake process in a friendly, professional manner including but not limited to....
- Processing incoming referrals from doctors
- Answering inbound calls when our patients call in with questions or need service
- Verifying insurance benefits & eligibility
- Schedule appointments
Requirements Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
