Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for enhancing the hotels’ use of on- and off-line marketing channels to improve market share and drive revenue performance for all hotels and outlets within assigned portfolio of hotels.
- Responsible for brand strategy and stewardship; omni-channel marketing strategy and execution; oversight of the hotels’ experiential storytelling; email marketing strategy and execution.
- Public relations, social media, and reputation management strategies; property promotions, programming and activations as well and on-property marketing pull-through.
- Position hotels as leaders in competitive markets.
- Align strategic marketing KPIs.
- Structure strategic marketing plans to effectively deliver relevant and engaging messaging to an ideal targeted customer profile to drive commercial metrics.
- Analyze marketing performance to make data-driven recommendations on budgets and strategic and tactical executions.
- Ensure development and pull-through of hotels’ brand strategy across all consumer touch points.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy partners, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs.
