The Talent Partner is a strategic thought partner to the business and is responsible for managing the talent lifecycle supporting Remington’s field recruiting, emphasizing attraction, selection, and retention. This individual will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional HR partners to understand talent needs and proactively recruit top talent for the company.

- Develop and execute field recruiting strategies to attract and engage top talent for assigned business groups.
- Partner with Regional HRBPs and General Managers to understand business goals and talent needs and take a proactive approach to getting ahead of recruitment opportunities.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake, sourcing, and screening to selection, hiring and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for hiring leaders and candidates.
- Leverage recruitment marketing tools, technology, and social media channels to support employer branding, drive awareness with talent communities, and build talent pipelines.
- Utilize ATS functionality to organize and efficiently manage requisitions and recruiting workflows.
- Understand the external talent market and use data and insights to inform businesses of trends, hiring results, and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure recruiting and hiring processes comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Own and lead Recruiting strategic initiatives/projects as assigned by VP of Talent
