Description
Remington Seeds is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator professional with two or more years of experience to join our Human Resources Team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be given responsibilities commensurate with experience and will receive opportunities to develop new skills and learn the business enabling future growth. In return, the highest levels of customer service, teamwork, integrity, and mutual respect will be expected.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works with the Human Resources Manager, corporate leadership, and Regional Managers to assist with identifying talent for higher level positions across Remington Seeds locations. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also assist with initiatives related to ongoing organizational development. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Work with corporate and regional managers to help with recruiting location manager and higher positions.
· Build talent pipeline for Remington Seeds by recruiting and managing our management trainee program and internship program.
· Serve as point of contact to mentor and coordinate management trainee program.
· Work with universities, FFA and 4H to promote the opportunities available with Remington Seeds across all locations.
· Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote Remington Seeds and attract talent.
· Utilize social media, job boards and networking platforms to enhance knowledge of Remington Seeds opportunities and culture.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews, in person and virtually. Coordinate logistics, arrange travel and communicate with candidates and Remington Seeds team.
· Provide guidance to Remington Seeds management team for recruiting best practices.
· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
· Oversee and coordinate Remington Seeds cultural training.

Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple locations and states
BS degree with agricultural or human resources focus preferred
Strong communicator (verbal, written, presentation)
Microsoft Office experience
Ability to embrace Remington Seeds Business Principles and Rules of Operation
Ability to travel, sometimes overnight for recruiting events and interviews
Humility, willingness to ask questions, eager to learn
Team player
Primary location for the position is Remington, IN corporate office
