Position available for "Regional Manager". This position includes, but not limited to, the following.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the management site staff (site managers/maintenance technicians) of region assigned.
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of assigned region
- Communicate with owners and or asset managers
- Oversight of tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
- Oversee filing and or court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations as well as Affordable Housing Guidelines
- Oversight of advertisements of vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Having awareness of operational budgets with accountability of allowable expenses for region
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Property management experience required. Affordable Housing experience a plus!
Travel is expected as a region consist of local properties and properties in a 2-3 hr radius of assigned area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
