We are seeking a talented Construction Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth through high-ticket remodeling deals. As a senior-level sales and estimating expert, you will be responsible for developing accurate estimates and proposals that drive profitability.
You will consult with homeowners, conducting in-home and virtual consultations to educate them on our process, pricing, and craftsmanship. Your goal is to close $50K - $500K remodeling projects with a 40-50% close rate.
You will also work closely with our marketing team to refine lead generation strategies, providing insights on client objections to optimize our sales process. Your proposals will be clear, professional, and transparent, guiding clients through the decision-making process.
