As a key member of our team, you will drive growth and close high-ticket remodeling deals. With a strong focus on sales and estimating expertise, you will be responsible for developing accurate estimates and proposals that drive profitability.
You will consult with homeowners, conducting in-home and virtual consultations to educate them on our process, pricing, and craftsmanship. Your goal is to close $50K - $500K remodeling projects with a 40-50% close rate.
You will also develop detailed, precise project estimates using industry-leading software, ensuring all labor, materials, and subcontractor costs are accounted for. Your proposals will be clear, professional, and transparent, guiding clients through the decision-making process.
To succeed in this role, you will need to hit revenue and profitability goals while managing a strong sales pipeline. You will maintain project gross profit margins of 40% , achieve 98% accuracy in estimating vs. actual job costs, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales and estimating process.
