Job Responsibilities
- Enter new and updated customer and project information into our ERP accounting software.
- Compile and sort information using provided resources.
- Confirm accuracy of information in ERP software by returning documents with incomplete information and entering complete information once received.
- Identify materials without codes in the system and request they are added by purchasing or manufacturing.
- Correct data entry errors using quality control methods.
- Maintain files linked to transactions.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office.
- Able to learn additional programs quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight from management.
