What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to promote the SHIELD product to general practice providers
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the assigned region, including budgeting and territory management
Build strong relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry
Drive successful performance through coaching and development of the sales team
Collect and communicate customer insights, market trends, and competitive data to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications) :
7 years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, diagnostic, or med device industry
3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity
Proven track record of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with experience in reporting sales metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience leading sales teams during a product launch
Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills
Proven ability to coach and educate others effectively
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and different sales methodologies
B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
