What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Prospect, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling and networking events
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs
  • Educate clients on different types of life insurance policies and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Present insurance policy options and explain features, benefits, exclusions, and costs clearly
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts simply
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Life insurance license required; additional insurance licenses (e.g., health, variable) are a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
