Private Jet Expeditions Coordinator
Remote Lands, Inc. is looking for a Private Jet Expeditions Coordinator to join our growing team in our midtown Manhattan office. Founded in 2006 and based in New York and Bangkok, Remote Lands creates personalized luxury journeys to 38 countries in Asia for high net worth international travelers including Forbes 400 CEOs, Wall Street executives, technology entrepreneurs, Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes.

You frequently look at travel magazines, Instagram, and old vacation photos to tide over your wanderlust. You’ve already been to some beautiful places such as the rice paddy terraces of Bali, the majestic snowy peaks of the Himalayas, and the Shinto shrines of Japan, and your curiosity about Asia is endless
Day to Day Responsibilities
· Reply to and follow up on expedition enquiries.
· Create detailed expedition itineraries.
· Design bespoke pre- and post- expedition extensions and produce detailed itineraries
· Assist in consulting with clients, beginning with an initial consultation and sale and concluding with a debriefing upon return.
· Prioritize workload daily and effectively manage multiple client enquiries and expeditions.
· Analyze financial data for client quotes and utilize the CRM to generate reports.
· Generate welcome emails and hotel introduction letters for all clients.
· Professional and timely communication with team members in both NYC and Bangkok, by phone, email and in person.
· Assist the team by answering the phone and directing client calls to other team members.
· Assist with the day-to-day functions of the office.
· Use initiative to actively support and assist across all aspects of Remote Lands operations to ensure the smooth and efficient care of all client and company needs, including actively supporting and assisting team members as needed.
· Participate in educational sessions in order to maintain current product knowledge.
Qualifications
· Exceptional communication skills
· Can-do attitude in assisting with daily office functions
· “Detail-oriented” is an understatement - ability to analyze and synthesize a vast volume of information and understand complicated travel logistics
· Passionate, eager, enthusiastic, optimistic and hardworking with can-do attitude
· Proficiency in InDesign and Excel
· 1 year experience within hospitality and related travel company preferred

This position offers a hybrid work structure where you will be able to work remotely on Monday and Friday and will be required to work in the New York office Tuesday through Thursday.
