Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Graduation from a school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.
