Job Overview:
Talent Catalyst is seeking an experienced Info/Functional Analyst to support the DC Government in the successful implementation of the Summer EBT (S-EBT) Program. This role will be instrumental in analyzing program requirements, developing functional documentation, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement within public sector programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support the rollout of the S-EBT Program.
- Develop functional specifications, workflows, and system requirements to ensure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, IT teams, and program managers to translate requirements into system functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to optimize operational processes and improve program delivery.
- Support data analysis, system testing, and reporting to ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
- Provide user training, process documentation, and ongoing support for program staff and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational and system-related issues, coordinating with IT teams for resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within government or public assistance programs.
- Strong experience with EBT, SNAP, or human services-related programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation tools.
- Experience in data analysis, system implementation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and agencies.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
