Job Title: Part-Time Lab Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Lab Administrator to support laboratory operations by managing data entry, report processing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management
- Enter information into a specialized data surveillance database (ShowMe World Care).
- Perform manual entry of laboratory results and ensure data accuracy.
- Work within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software platform.
- Data Analysis & Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve issues related to reportable environmental conditions in child and adult blood lead reports.
- Contact healthcare providers via phone for additional data clarification.
- Request and review medical records from healthcare providers.
- Ensure accurate data reporting and troubleshooting any discrepancies.
- Report Processing & Communication
- Review, categorize, and save daily laboratory reports for staff processing.
- Assist with disseminating reports and ensuring proper documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding laboratory data.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with LIMS software and laboratory data entry.
- Ability to read and interpret laboratory test result reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in data management, healthcare, or laboratory settings is preferred.
