Removery was formed in 2019 through a merger of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20 years and have performed more than 800,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400 locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.
Position Overview
The Onboarding Trainer is a Lead Level position that reports to the Onboarding & Clinical Development Manager and plays a pivotal role in the onboarding process of the new hire. Their focus will be on the creation and delivery of materials that provide effective, engaging and results-driven training. They must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff. They will monitor participants results and use to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs. Collaboration with the stakeholders and business line leaders in the formulation of learning strategies, programs, and the associated learning materials, multimedia, and job aids may be required.

Position Responsibilities
- Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Facilitation of in-person (classroom) and virtual training programs.
- Building and contributing to a library of learning resources for new and tenured team members.
- Motivating and educating team members on Removery culture, a meaningful client experience, and the technical skill sets that allows team members to conduct safe, effective, and optimal treatments.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in the formulation of learning strategies, program and learning materials.
- Focusing on sales development: presentation, communication, negotiating and closing.
- Skilled in presenting information using a variety of techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
- Creating assessment measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests that gauge a new team members’ readiness to treat clients.
- Evaluating and certifying trainee’s capability to sell in accordance with Removery sales process.
- Identifying performance gaps and providing strategic guidance and support for improvement.
- Keen ability to adjust training based on audience learning style and opportunities.
- Providing structured training support and follow up to field organization for both newly hired associates and established staff
- Monitoring program effectiveness and making improvements, as necessary.
- Experience and aptitude for Training, Training Management, Performance Management, and Orienting Employees
- Successful track record in motivating and building teams and developing strong talent to achieve desired goal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience can substitute
- 5 years successful consultative sales experience
- Zenoti experience a plus
- Experience within the field of sales, operations, customer service and/or with the design, development, and production of learning materials and collateral pertaining to sales
- Laser cross-trained is a bonus, but not required
- Passion for learning and teaching
- Consistent professionalism and a positive attitude
- Skilled in delivering feedback
- Knowledgeable of adult learning methodologies
