A well-established and rapidly growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its team. Specializing in Employment Law, Class Actions, and Workers’ Compensation, this firm is dedicated to advocating for employees and individuals who have been wronged by their employers or suffered injuries due to negligence. For over a decade they have successfully represented thousands of clients across Southern California, helping them secure justice and fair compensation.
Locations : Downtown Los Angeles & Newport Beach
Key Responsibilities :
The primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to :
- Managing a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims from inception to resolution
- Conducting depositions and appearing at hearings
- Negotiating settlements and moving cases toward resolution
- Providing guidance and support to non-attorney staff as needed
