- Title: Onsite Call Center Rep
- Employment Type: Estimated 1 week project (Potential to return)
- Salary: $28/HR *First 2 days of training will be $23/HR*
- Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL
- Work Schedule: 12/28/24 – 1/3/25 - 1st shift (Must be flexible and open to work any 8-hour shift and the Holidays 12/31-1/1
Primary Responsibilities:
- Call center environment managing high volume inbound/outbound calls.
- Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them.
- Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the member in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member
Required Qualifications:
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) *REQUIRED*
- 1 year experience in customer service within the same company *REQUIRED*
- Strong computer skills *must pass basic computer assessment*
- Must be willing to consent to a background check and education verification.
