Are you an experienced HR professional fluent in both English and Spanish? RemX is seeking a talented Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent position based on business needs and performance.
Position: Bilingual HR Generalist
Location: Easton, PA
Type: Contract (3-4 months) with potential for permanent
Pay Range: $30 DOE
Hours: 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm (flexibility for overtime and weekends required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, performance management, and more.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and employment law.
- Support recruitment and staffing functions with administrative support and customer service.
- Review, verify, and process new hire paperwork and assist with benefits enrollment.
- Track and document compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Coordinate and execute orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Develop and implement programs that support employee engagement, morale, and retention.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, TA Specialist, or HR Coordinator in a Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, speak).
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with reporting, timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred.
