The Gardens at Easton is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: Negotiable
- Schedule: 7a-11p on Saturday, Sunday (Baylor Program)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility environment.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with standards of practice.
- Monitor and evaluate care outcomes to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to maintain the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong commitment to resident care and safety.
