RemX is actively seeking large-volume Bilingual (English / Spanish) Recruiters to join our clients growing team!

Title : Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish)
Type : Contract 3 - 4 months with possibility to go permanent based on business needs and performance
Location : Easton, PA 18045 | 100% ONSITE
Pay : $25 - $30 | based on experience
Start : ASAP
Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM. {MUST BE FLEXIBLE ON OVERTIME AND ON WEEKENDS}

RESPONSBILITIES :

High-volume full-cycle recruiting- ideally 50-100 light industrial positions at any given time (picking, packing, shipping, sorting,

assembly line, forklift, inventory, quality, etc.)

Coordinating hiring events if needed

Using various sources of recruitment including but not limited to job boards, networking, social events, hiring events

Must have experience with Indeed as this is going to be what is utilized almost 100% of the time

Must be Bilingual Spanish (Speak / Write)

2 Years experience in Warehouse / Logistics Recruiting - HIGH VOLUME

Must have experience with Indeed

Highly preferred those with experience in PeopleNet ATS

Salary : $25 - $30
